Ingredients Needed :
Oats Cereal (Powdered) - 1cup
Sooji (Ravai) - 1 cup
yoghurt - 1 cup
Salt - as needed
Water - as needed
Method of preparation :
Mix the ingredients well and keep aside for 15-30 minutes.
Pressure cook the batter in form of idlis
Optional :
Oil/Ghee - grease the idli plates
Cumin seeds / geeragam (powdered) -1/4 tsp
Mix with batter and pressure cook.
Serve the idlis hot with chutney, chilli powder/millagai podi, sambar.
