So, hungry now. Don't want to go to restaurant today. Here is an interesting best way to satisfy your appetite. This is the 2 minute instant fried rice/pulav you can rely on to satisfy your appetite.
Ingredients Needed:
Carrot - 1
Potato diced - 1
Green peas - optional
Jeera - 1.5 tsp
Spices - black cardamom,cinnamon,cloves,bay leaves
Oil- as needed
salt - as needed
Water - as needed
Rice - 1 cup washed and strained of water
Green chillies slit lengthwise - 4 (as needed)
ginger - finely chopped (as needed)
Method of Preparation :
1) Heat oil in a pan. Add half of jeera,spices. Allow it to sputter. Add rice and water . Cook well
2) Heat oil in a pan. Add remaining jeera. Add diced potatoes,carrot,green peas,finely chopped ginger, green chillies, little salt and fry well
3) Add rice to vegetables.Add salt if needed
Mix well and serve hot with curd, yoghurt, raita, sauce etc
