Peanuts popularly used in dish peanut butter is a vitamin rich food.Masala peanut is a popular side dish and can be used as a great snack.
Items Needed :
Peanut - 1 cup
Besan/Kadalai Maavu - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Rice flour - 1/2 tsp
Ghee/butter - 1 tsp
Oil - as needed
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per requirement
Water - As needed
Method of preparation :
Add besan,chilli powder,corn flour,rice flour to peanut.
Add ghee/butter and mix well.
Add water and salt as appropriate.
Allow the peanut to be soaked in mix for about 10-30 minutes.
Pour oil in a pan and fry the peanut.
Serve hot.
