This is an exotic healthy dish that can be prepared in less than 10 minutes. Many think it takes whole lot of time to prepare this exotic dish, Actually it takes less than 10 minutes
Ingredients Needed
Spinach - 1 bunch - cut and boil ths spinach
Tomato - 1 - cut into fine pieces
Green chillies - 2 or 3 depending on spice level
red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
corriander powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil - as needed
Garam masala powder - pinch
Paneer/tofu - as needed
Method of preparation
1) Prepare tomato puring by grinding tomato and green chillies
2) Heat oil i a pan and add pinch of turmeric and add tomato puring. Fry well
3) Add corriander powder and fry well. Add chilli powder if needed
4) To this add paneer or tofu and fry well
5) Add ground spinach and boil the mixture.
6) Add salt and garma masala
This can be served along side chapathi, rice etc.
