Potato with curd Aloo raitha as it is popularly called is a great indian side dish that can be served alongside Indian brads (rotis, naan, chapathi), biryani, fried rice etc
Ingredients Needed :
Curd (or) Youhurt - 1cup
Potatoes (cut into cubes and boiled) - 2
Black jeera (or) cumin powder - pinch
Red Chilli Powder - pinch
Salt - pinch of salt
Method Of Preparation :
1) Mix yoghurt very well
2) Add boiled potato cubes with yoghurt mixture and mix well
3) Add salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder and mix well
4) Add a pinch of chat masala powder
5) Decorate with corriander leaves
This when used with poori becomes dahi papdi chat.
