Ingredients Needed :
Potato - 3 cut into pieces
Corriander - 1 cup finely chopped
Ginger flakes - 1/2 cup
Garlic - cloves
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Salt - as needed
Oil - as needed
corriander powder/dhanya - 1/2 tsp
red chillie powder - 1/2 tsp
Method Of Preparation :
1) Heat oil in a pan, add jeera,onion, salt and mix well
2) Add ginger and garlic flakes and fry well
3) Add corriander finely chopped and add powder to this. Mix well
4) Add finely diced potato and add salt
Mix well and serve hot as a sidedish.
