Pretzel is a popular snack. It can be customized with strawberry. Follow the instructions to prepare strawberry pretzel.
Ingredients Needed :
Crushed Pretzels - 1 cup
Sugar - 21/2 cups
Trans fat Margarine - 3 tsp
Reduced Fat Cream Cheese - 11/2 cup
Skimmed Milk - 2 tsp
Fat free whipped toppings (cool whips) - 2 cups
Boiling water - 2 cups
Sugar Free strawberry gelatin - 1 cup
Cold water - 11/2 cup
Sliced strawberry - 4 cups
Method Of Preparation :
1) Preheat oven to 350F
2) Mix pretzel crumbs, 2tsp sugar, margarine in a bowl. Press it onto the bottom of a pan. Bake it for 10 minutes. Cool it completely
3) In a bowl beat the cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, milk and blend well
4) Stir in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate it
5) In a bowl add boiling water to gelatin. Stir completely until it gets dissolved. Stir 11/2 cups of cold water with it. Refrigerate gelation for 1 hour until it becomes thick
6) Stir in strawberries, spoon over cream cheese layer
7) Refrigerate for about 3 hours until it becomes firm
