Potato Fry/Potato Curry is a favourite side dish that can be served with sambar,rasam,curd rice, variety rice like lemon rice, coconut rice.
Ingredients Needed :
Potato - 1/2 kg
Green Chillies - 5
Mustard - 1 tsp
Urud dhal/ulutham paruppu - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - as needed
Oil/vegetable oil/corn oil/canola oil - as needed
salt - as needed
Ginger - as needed
Method of preparation :
1) Heat oil in a skillet
2) Add mustard to the hot oil. Once the mustard spatters, add ginger, urud dhal/ulutham paruppu, curry leaves, green chillies
3) Add diced potatoes
4) Add salt as needed
5) Stir well
6) Serve hot
Note : Red chilly powder can be added as needed.
