Ingredients Needed:
1 tumbler rice flour
8 red chillies
salt+asafoetida
salted butter - ghee can be used if there is no butter
sesame seeds - white or black
2tsp ulutham podi/urad dhal powder
kadalai paruppu/channa dhal - roasted channa dhal can also be used as substitute
Preparation Method :
soak rice in water for 2 hours. grind well with red chillies, salt, asafoetida and grind well
Add urad dhalflour, all ingredients and mix well
Create patties and dry it in plain cloth for 15 minutes
Heat oil until it becomes hot
Fry the patties
