Ingredients Needed
1 tumbler - rice flour
2 tsp urad dhal powder
1 tsp salted butter
1/2 tsp jeeragam/jeera
2 tsp coconut powder
ellu/sesame seeds[black] - 1/2 tsp
Method of preparation:
1) Mix all the ingredients well without adding water
2) Add water little by little and knead the dough. Make balls and dry it for 2 hours
3) Heat oil in a pan until smoke fumes
4) Fry the balls
