Ingredients Needed :
Cashew paste/Cashew powder - 1 cup to make cashew powder roast 1.5 cup of cashews, grind well to make it fine powder, sieve adn remove solid particles if any
Ghee - 3 tsp It is preferable to make use of cow ghee. Go for branded good quality ghee to offer best taste
Milk - 3 cups
sugar - 1.5 cups
Saffron - pinch
Method of preparation :
1) Add saffron to milk and boil the milk for a while and allow it to boil until milk becomes half the quantity
2) Add Cashew Paste and sugar to the boiling milk
3) Mix it well and keep adding ghee. Even in case of normal wheat halwa, ghee is added to the needed quantity. It is ghee that makes the ingredients cook well
4) Mix well and serve hot with cashew and nuts like almond flakes decorated on the top
