Screen is made up of the following elements :
Command Field :
We can use the command field to go to applications directly by entering the transaction code.
We can find the transaction code in the SAP Easy Access Menu Tree or in the relevant application under System->Status
Menu Bar:
The menus shown here depends on which applications we are working on. These menus contain cascading menu option.
Standard Toolbar:
The icons in the system function bar are available in all R/3 screens. Any icon that we can't use in a particular screen is dimmed. If we leave the cursor on an icon for a moment, a small flag will appear with the name or function of that icon. We can see the corresponding function key.
The application toolbar shows us which functions are available in the current application.
Title Bar:
The title bar displays our current position and security in the system.
Check Boxes:
Checkboxes allows us to select several options simultaneously within a group.
Radio button:
Radio buttons allows us to select one option only.
Status bar:
This displays information on the current system status such as warning and error messages.
Tab:
A tab provides a clearer overview of several information screens.
Options:
We can set the font size,list colours and so on.
