Hair, nails are ruled by planet ketu/kethu. If kethu is not placed properly in an horoscope it causes early ageing which starts with graying of hair. I have seen some interesting cases wherein we see graying at the age of 21.

4) If you can afford to buy komedhakam stone, stud it and wear it in middle finger in form of ring
5) If you can't afford to buy such gems, buy a piece of colour paper, a piece of cloth in komedhakam colour (usually yellowish shade) and keep it in a purse. This is cheapest and best way
6) Feed four-legged animals. It is good to feed dogs black in colour
