Vegetable Manchurian Recipe

Vegetable manchurian the mouth watering side dish that goes well with rotis, varieties like naan, parath, vegetable rice can be prepared easily following simple steps. Here is the simple process to prepare egetable manchurian
Ingredients Needed :
Carrot, potato,Capsicum, Celeri, Cabbage,Cauliflower, peas - 2 cups
Ginger - finely grated 1 tsp
Salt - as needed
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Chillie sauce - 1tsp
Corn flower - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - grated 1tsp
Onion - 1/2 cup
oil - as needed
Here is the ingredient needed for preparing vegetable manchurian sauce
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - tsp
Ginger - 1tsp
Chillie sauce - 2 tsp
green chillies - 1 tsp
corn flower - 1tsp
soya sauce - 4tsp
sugar - 1/2 tsp
lemon juice - 2tsp
onion - 2tsp
salt - as needed
oil - as needed
Method of Preparation :
1) Heat water and let it boil. Add all the vegetables that are finely grated, drain water
2) Mix all the ingredients to the vegetable
3) Make vegetable balls, deep fry in oil
4) Add oil in a pan, add ginger garlic, chillies and fry well. Add onion and fry well
5) Add all the sauces,lemon juice and mix well
6) Add 3tsp water to corn flour. Add this mixture to the pan. Mix well
7) Add the fried vegetable balls and mix well
Serve hot alongside rotis, fried rice etc.
