Chilli Paratha Preparation Simple Easy

Chilli paratha an exotic food indeed is my all tiem favourite. These days I struggle to find a single restaurant serving chilli paratha. I did try a simple chilli parotta menu and it turned out to be good. Here is the simple step
Ingredients Needed :
Paratha - Frozen paratha 6 pieces - If you prepare parotta at home go for old cool parotta
Capsicum (green and red) - 1/2 each
Red chilli powder - 1tsp ( depending on spice level)
Whole garam masala - cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, bay leaf
Ghee -1 tsp
Salt - as needed
Ginger garlic - paste / pieces
Method of Preparation :
1) Heat oil in a pan, add whole garam masala,ginger garlic paste ,onions,green chillies and fry well
2) Add capsicum, pressurized chana dhal(chick peas - which is used for chana masala)
3) Add paratha pieces, red chilli powder,salt and mix well
