Curd Rasam Mor Rasam Preparation Menu

Curd rasam also called as mor rasam is the main course that can be served with rice.
Ingredients Needed :
Curd - beaten - 1 cup - mixed with water - 2 tumbker
fenugeekseeds - 1tsp
Red chillies - 8 ( as per your spice level)
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Salt - as needed
Curry leaves - 1 strand
Oil - 1tsp
Method Of Preparation :
1) Heat oil in a pan. Add 1tsp fenugeek seeds and fry well. Add Red chillies and roast well
2) Grind this mixture and mix with curd
3) Garnish with mustard,asafoetida,curry leaves roasted in oil
