Radish Paratha Mullangi Paratha Radish Parota Indian Rotis

Radish Paratha, Mullangi Paratha is a speciality paratha variety.
Ingredients Needed :
Carrot - 2
Raddish/Mullangi/Mulgi - 2
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Maida - 2tsp
Ajman seeds/omam - 1tsp
Sambar powder - - As needed
Salt - as needed
Method Of Preparation :
1) Heat oil in a pan
2) Fry omam, sambarpodi and keep aside
3) Cut raddish into fine thin strips
4) Mix omam , wheat flour,maida, raddish. Add milk/yoghurt and mix well
5) Prepare chapathis/paratha
This can be best served with onion raitha.
