Sindhi Sabji Punjabi North Indian Dish

Sindhi Sabji is a healthy dish made of vegetables that can be best served as a sidedish alongside rice and rotis
Ingredients Needed :
Vegetables (potato, carrot, small cabbage,brinjal,ladies finger(okra),carrot,capsicum) - 1 each
tomato - 1
French beans - 100gm
Bunch of corriander,spinach - 1/2 bunch each
Leafy green such as khatta - 1/2 bunch each
Green gram dhal - 1 cup
horsegram dhal/channa dhal - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 4 to 5
Cloves - 2 to 3
Garlic - 2 to 3
Red chilli powder - 1tsp
Dhania(corriander powder) - 1tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Turmeric - 1/2tsp
Oil - 3tsp
Ghee - 1/2tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Method Of Preparation :
1) Clean and wash the dhals - channa dhal, green gram dhal
2) Wash, chop all the vegetables
3) Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add all vegetables, dhal, spinach. Fry for sometime. Add the masalas.Now add tomatoesAdd water. Cover the lid. Pressurecook until 3 whistles
4) Heat 1/2tsp ghee,add a pinch of asafoetida, add the mashed vegetables
Sindhi Sabji is ready. This can be served hot with rice and rotis.
