Bread Upma Preparation Tips

Bread upma the most healthy, easiest breakfast preparation that can be prepared from old dry bread, new fresh bread is an exotic healthy diet. Here is the simple procedure of preparing bread upma.
Ingredients Needed :
Bread (fresh/old) - 2 cut into slices
Onion - 1 big
mustard seeds/rye - 1tsp
urad dhal - 1tsp
hing/asafoetida - as needed
salt - as needed
corriander - optional for decoration
lemonjuice - 1/2 tsp
sugar - pinch
Method Of Preparation :
1) Cut bread into slices/pieces
2) Heat the pan, add oil, add mustard seeds and allow them to crackle
3) Add onion,hing,strand of curry leaves, salt to taste
4) Add bread pieces and mix well
5) Add lemon, pinch of sugar
6) Decorate with corriander leaves.
This can best served with curd
