Most awaited much sought after HR 3012 Fairness in immigration act which lifts the per country limit in immigraiton visas has been finally approved by senate on November 29th 2011 evening at 7:11P.M. This bill was esily passed with majority of 389-15. This is remove the per country limit on the employment based greencard sponsored to immigrants.
