crawford slip method pmp exam preparation
Crawford Slip Method is a brainstroming technique.It can be used as a tool during the Scope Management phase of Project Management.It is the point wherein project stake holders are brought together and critical resources are determined in a brain-stroming session.Project stake holders gather,each of them is given 5-50 paper slips.
Everyone is asked certain question like who can be critical for abc task completion?
One answer per paper is the criteria.Slips are collected and collated ideas are used to come to conclusion.
This is helpful in getting the views of reticent stake-holders who are reluctant to give out their ideas in a group discussion.
