Microsoft Windows 7 has an interesting tool that is used to record step by step action of user. It is a boon for customer service representative as it provides screenshots along with timestamp and short note on what user has done. This tool can be invoked by typing psr.exe (or) psr in command prompt. This invokes tool. We can click on Start Record, perform tasks which are recorded live and stop record. A File name "problem_xxx.mht" is created that can be opened in browser and accessed to find more information on the problem.
